1. Online Courses & Digital Content
Refunds are not available for digital products or courses once accessed or downloaded.
If you have not accessed the course and request a refund within 3 days of purchase, we may consider your request on a case-by-case basis.
2. Workshops and Live Training
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, a full refund or transfer will be offered.
3. Technical Issues
If you face technical issues that prevent course access, we’ll work with you to resolve them. If not resolved within 72 hours, a full or partial refund may be considered.
